Rules and Disclaimers

1. To play, you might be at least 18 years of age and I have the right to contract in my own name or if I am under 18 years of age, my Parent or Guardian may contract on my behalf. 

2. I have read this entire Agreement, understand the words and language in this Agreement, and agree to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

 3. I have read, understand, and agree to abide by Under Par Golf, LLC Rules and Policies. I am aware of, and voluntarily participate despite, the potential dangers and risks inherent to The Drive Golf & Lounge, LLC activities.

4.I have read, understand and agree that I am responsible for all Guest(s) listed in my booking and agree to all of the terms and conditions as it applies to this agreement.

5.  All golf clubs must be washed and clean prior to playing.
